I was in a lot of pain by the time I left at 4.30 pm since 10.45 am that morning. As a motability customer I believe you should have added the ad blue or told me before the point that I was collecting the vehicle and given me a chance to pay for it.

When initially booking my service was a courtesy cay was mentioned as the car would be with you all day. No cortesy car offered. No lift home offered as I live several miles away. Had to pay for a taxi home and back again later at a cost of £36.

The main work was completed under warranty, whilst I also elected to have the wheels aligned - only - after discussion with the BMW engineer.

Good service, well attended to, even had a free lift into Chester City centre. Everything was fine with the car, full major service and MOT, however let down by the fact a new fault was and still is present upon collection of the car No Warning Tone

My vehicle is a very low mileage 2014 car, it was in for a recall for the RG SOMTHING . Not only did you supply me with a curtesy I was treated like a new vehicle owner. By the way your coffee and biscuits are on a different level.

Until recently service has been poor (1/2Stars) issues at the end of every visit - these will be on record. A slightly aloof attitude from staff and management. However there seems to be a general improvement. Last Visit - Georgia et al good.
