Everything was great apart from the interior of the vehicle, there were quite a few marks on the leather and a scuff on the passenger seat. Ellie had the valet clean these off and reported the scuff to the warranty centre.

I had to wait several weeks as i wanted someone to collect the car from my house. The man who came to collect my car was very nice. The car came back with a dirty mark on the drivers seat and the centre console. Also tyre pressure not checked.

Not very accurate with booking in times. I was booked in 08.40 and car didn't move till 15hr then only took less than an hour.

I am sorry but the service at Chester was below satisfactory I was offered car wash and vacuum but sadly - vacuuming was a tick box exercise with nothing hoovered and the boot was not hoovered either. Car was washed with soap stains left all over
