Only offer to clean a customers vehicle if it going to be completed to a high standard. Understand the time pressure, but better to give the car back sooner rather than to waste time cleaning it poorly. Don't ask me to confirm a score I've given.

The Agent briefed us on the requirements for use of the courtesy car including the 'no pets in the car' rule despite the fact that we had our dog with us on my knee! Agent needs to be a little more diplomatic in future.

Wasn't impressed that I had to go through a filter to book Chester and couldn't book directly with them. It was only after chatting to the man at Chester that I discovered I could've booked a 2hr quick service saving me a 2hrs extra travel time.

there was a red advisory note on the service report that there were possible leaks on both front drive shafts .An independant garage checked this for me and found no such possible leaks. Puzzling is it not

I had to wait several weeks as i wanted someone to collect the car from my house. The man who came to collect my car was very nice. The car came back with a dirty mark on the drivers seat and the centre console. Also tyre pressure not checked.

Pretty seamless. However digital experience is flawed. For example booking in vehicle using BMW app has different drop off time to Service centre SMS message. Recall messages sent to iDrive and App in German not English
